Not-for-Profit established in 2011 to provide financial assistance to not-for-profit organizations which create jobs in the Corporation’s jurisdiction. This corporation provides financial assistance in the form of tax abatements and the issuance of qualified bonds. Its mission is to advance job opportunities, general prosperity and economic welfare to the citizens of both Warren and Washington counties.

WHAT WE ARE
Current Projects:
• Adirondack Housing Association located at SUNY Adirondack: Assisted with $25.5 million bonding for the construction of a dormitory building to house over 408 students along with computer labs, a campus security office, business center and fitness center.
• Hudson Headwaters Health Network:
$6.5 million bonding project to construct a 27,000 sq ft medical and office building on Carey Road which is projected to employ an additional 10 new people when completed in 2015.
The members of the Corporation consist of 5 non-compensated directors from each of the two counties.
