Yankee Marine Group LLC. (Brodie Land Development) is constructing three 100’ X 110’ rack storage buildings to store up to 240 boats inside and 110 boats outside.
The total project cost is estimated at $3,007,381 and the WWIDA is providing sales tax exemption of up to $112,695, mortgage tax exemption of $22,342 and a partial real property tax abatement through a PILOT Agreement at an estimated value of $117,744 during the 10-year term to help facilitate this project.
This project is estimated to generate 2.5 full-time equivalent employment positions and 32 temporary construction jobs.
Construction began in 2023.
