Incentives

The general investment incentive application procedure are:

  1. Informal review of project with WWIDA staff;
  2. Submission of signed Application with $1,500 application fee;
  3. Application completeness review and submission to WWIDA Board for acceptance with advance notification to affected tax jurisdictions;
  4. WWIDA staff develop Findings Statement including proposed incentives;
  5. Submission of Application and Findings Statement to WWIDA Board for project approval with advance notification to affected tax jurisdictions.
APPLICATIONS: SUMMARY OF PROCEDURES

Property

The general property incentive application procedure are:

  1. Purchase and Sales Agreement completed.
  2. Application To Purchase completed.
  3. Applicable supplemental information provided (such as) Environmental Assessment Form, Bank Commitment Letter, Site Plan, etc.).
  4. WWIDA legal review.
  5. WWIDA Board approval.
  6. Sale Closing.
