Fowler Square, LLC. constructed 142 residential apartments, 5,000 square feet of professional office space, 7,800 square feet of property management/clubhouse space, and 25,700 square feet of indoor parking space in Queensbury.

The total project cost was estimated at $41,415,935, and the WWIDA is providing sales tax exemption of up to $1,614,861, mortgage tax exemption of $388,274, and a partial real property tax abatement through a PILOT Agreement at an estimated value of $2,102,975 during the 10-year term to help facilitate this project. As this was new construction to the area, employee count started at zero and reported one full-time job, one part-time job, and 101 construction jobs in 2022.
