Prospect Mountain Venture, LLC.

Prospect Mountain Venture, LLC. is renovating an existing building, formerly known as The Forum, in Lake George to develop a sales showroom for boats and related accessories. There will also be storage for approximately 50 boats as well as office space.

The total project cost was estimated at $4,500,000, and the WWIDA is providing sales tax exemption of up to $70,000, mortgage tax exemption of $25,000, and a partial real property tax abatement through a PILOT Agreement at an estimated value of $46,220 during the 10-year term to help facilitate this project. Construction began in 2023.
