TRSB Enterprises, LLC. (Rocksport) constructed an 8,400 square foot indoor climbing center and fitness facility in Queensbury that includes yoga, personal training, recreation programs for school and church groups, and military and fire safety training.
The total project cost was estimated at $1,636,000, and the WWIDA provided sales tax exemption of up to $43,764, mortgage tax exemption of $18,750, and a partial real property tax abatement through a PILOT Agreement at an estimated value of $108,650 during the 10-year term to help facilitate this expansion.
Prior to this new construction, their employee count was 1 full-time job and 9 part-time jobs. They reported 8 full-time jobs, 6 part-time jobs, and 1 seasonal job in 2022.
