Skyzone Trampoline Park
RAN Entertainment, LLC (Skyzone Trampoline Park) constructed a 22,200 square foot recreational trampoline park facility in Queensbury.
The total project cost was estimated at $3,186,000, and the WWIDA provided sales tax exemption of up to $91,000, mortgage tax exemption of $19,913, and a partial real property tax abatement through a PILOT Agreement at an estimated value of $97,164 during the 10-year term to help facilitate this expansion.
As this was built on vacant land, employee count started at zero and reported 5 full-time jobs and 54 part-time jobs in 2022.
