78-80 Main Street, LLC. is constructing a three-story mixed-use building consisting of 8,600 square feet of commercial space on the first floor and 22 residential workforce apartments on the second and third floors in Queensbury.

The total project cost was estimated at $3,355,000, and the WWIDA is providing sales tax exemption of up to $105,000, mortgage tax exemption of $25,000, and a partial real property tax abatement through a PILOT Agreement at an estimated value of $34,375 during the 10-year term to help facilitate this project. Construction began in 2023.
