Hilton Home2 (Aviation Hospitality LLC.) constructed a 62,660 square foot, 4-story, 92-room hotel with associated parking located in Queensbury, near Northway Exit 19.
The total project cost was estimated at $12,398,215, and the WWIDA provided sales tax exemption of up to $334,771, mortgage tax exemption of $116,250, and a partial real property tax abatement through a 485B Agreement at an estimated value of $510,313 during the 10-year term to help facilitate this project.
As this was built on vacant land, employee count started at zero and reported 18 full-time jobs and seven part-time jobs in 2022.
