Boats By George, Inc. constructed three 96’ x 110’ boat storage buildings and one 70’ x 100’ maintenance building in the town of Fort Ann on Route 149.

The total project cost was estimated at $2,061,000, and the WWIDA provided sales tax exemption of up to $160,000, mortgage tax exemption of $20,610, and a partial real property tax abatement through a PILOT Agreement at an estimated value of $141,016 during the 10-year term to help facilitate this project.

In 2022, 24 full-time jobs were reported.
