354 Broadway LLC. and Price Chopper Operating Co. (Market 32 Project) constructed and equipped a 40,313 square foot supermarket on an environmental brownfield in Fort Edward.

The total project cost was estimated at $12,382,900, and the WWIDA provided sales tax exemption of up to $848,363, mortgage tax exemption of $54,194, and a partial real property tax abatement through an Enhanced PILOT Agreement at an estimated value of $2,547,149 during the 15-year term to help facilitate this project.

In 2022, 27 full-time jobs and 72 part-time jobs were reported.
