18 Hospitality (Holiday Inn Express & Suites) constructed a 53,200 square foot, 90-room hotel located in Queensbury, near Northway Exit 18.

The total project cost was estimated at $11,433,711, and the WWIDA provided sales tax exemption of up to $381,500, mortgage tax exemption of $100,763, and a partial real property tax abatement through a 485B Agreement at an estimated value of $469,912 during the 10-year term to help facilitate this project.

In 2022, 27 full-time jobs and 72 part-time jobs were reported.
