Native Development Associates, LLC.

Native Development Associates LLC. is constructing a 25,000 square foot facility to be leased to Special Sales LLC. for their dairy cattle hoof health company.  HoofStrong manufactures and installs footbath systems and supplies proprietary reagents/solutions to commercial dairies to improve the health of cows and to increase milk production.

The total project cost is estimated at $3,631,207 and the WWIDA is providing sales tax exemption of up to $92,000, mortgage tax exemption of $33,750 and a partial real property tax abatement through a PILOT Agreement at an estimated value of $482,656 during the 10-year term to help facilitate this project.

This project is estimated to generate 8 full-time equivalent employment positions and 20 temporary construction jobs.

Construction began in 2023.
