The total project cost was estimated at $12,382,900, and the WWIDA provided sales tax exemption of up to $848,363, mortgage tax exemption of $54,194, and a partial real property tax abatement through an Enhanced PILOT Agreement at an estimated value of $2,547,149 during the 15-year term to help facilitate this project.
